I want to brew a cucumber Gose.
Just want to make sure I have it right.
I should add lacto to secondary fermentation.
the pH and alcohol should be good enough such that I don't need to sanitize the cucumber from what I've been reading.
1. Is that true?
2. When do I add the cucumber? A couple days after adding lacto, or can I add it same time?
3. Do I really need to rack to a secondary ferm vessel? I'd really rather not.
