Just about to do the same thing and split a batch of my normal Belgian Blonde. Just pitch the Saison yeast. Whats your OG on your normal Blonde and what specialty grains do you use?

I'm doing a blonde once the weather warms using 3711, because I have it for saisons and I am too cheap to not reuse it on anything belgian.

I'm thinking just 2row and Munich and maybe a touch of Carapils. I want to get this to about 1.050
