It was time for some process upgrades in order to simplify my brew day. I decided to ditch my MT and go BIAB all in.

First, I bought the basket for my 62qt Bayou Classic. MT is behind, looking lonely already.

Then I got 3-piece valves to replace the 2-piece.. On the right are all the fittings I used to need with BK and MT, on the left, is all I need with BIAB.

I decided to etch volume markings.

And finally got around to labeling my controller... Only took 2 years to get to it.

App is acting up...

Anyways, then I upgraded to a SS element to replace Camco.

First brew was Cream of Three Crops.

Overall, I'm very happy. I knocked out 10 gal of the cream ale in 4hrs and I didn't feel as worn out as usual.
