Having just ordered my new 25 gal brew pot to replace my keggle i thought i should start thinking about changing my design.
My keggle was haphazardly added to as i advanced through the hobby and now it looks like some sort of franken kettle with thermometers and valves sight glass 1.5" TC element enclosure etc..
I have decided that the sight glass wasn't that much use for me and i'll likely end up etching the pot for markings.
If you had your drew kettle what would it include, whirlpool, built in chiller, etc etc
