Topic: Can your efficiency be too high? I'm pretty consistent at about 90%. To the point I'm having to scale back grains.

Pre-Boil est at 1.042 and I came in at 1.043 (calibrated refract)
Runnings stoped at 1.004
Est OG to be 1.054 and I came in at 1.051
Should come in around 4.5% abv

All cleaned up and another brew day in the books. :mug: Time to enjoy a beer snowcone

Absolutely love your set up! What type of fridge are you cooling your primary? Looks perfect if I can find one.
