I bought a second revision brew belt that's15w. It has springs instead of friction. I installed the smaller spring since it seemed to fit better on the better bottle. Well I ran it for less then 5 days. I checked on my sour today and the carboy is now a triangle shape. Has anyhow else seen this?

I'm guessing it was to tight. It wasn't like that while the heat was on. Or when the next day when it cooled. This is a recent development. Maybe it'll pop back

Blow in the top real hard
That's what he said.

Sorry. Haha

I would email both BB and the belt maker to see what they have to say.

Mystery solved ... Change in temp caused the blow off tube to suck up sanitizer. Which then locked it into vacuum. I guess. Popped the stopper of the top and bam the bottle was better
