Good afternoon,

Anyone have an idea how I can get the thick taste, typical of a breakfast stout, in my beer? Mash schedule has too little influence in my opinion. I've also added lactose but I taste it too much and I'm not a fan of it. Maltodextrin is already better.

Anyone have more tips?

Regards John

Rye malt, flaked wheat, wheat malt, flaked barley increase the thickness of the beer, starting with the strongest. Don't fear the rye.
