bought used wunderbar setup and carbonator

Bought wunderbar with McCann bigmac carbonator and it don't think I can get the carbonator to turn off. We filled with water until water came out the relief valve then turned 100psi of CO2 and after a couple minutes the relief valve will start misting. If we turn off the carbonator then it seems fine, but not sure if we setup wrong, if relief valve is bad, or if carbonator sensor thingy is bad. We're not sure how the sensor works or if it needs cleaned but the whole system needed cleaned. any thoughts?

I don't know anything about your hardware but suspect that 100psi might be a bit high. Corney kegs which were originally used for soda dispensing have a relief valve set to 60psi.

100psi is normal for a carbonator. The higher pressure is meant to carbonate water more quickly than a corney.

I don't recall it discussing wunderbar components, though.
