Hi guys,

Has anyone carbed their beer with multimix gas (70% nitro/30% Co2) and then bottled that beer using a CPBF?

Want to give this a try.

Why?

The nitrogen portion of beer gas will barely dissolve in beer. It's why canned stouts often rely on a "widget" to inject nitrogen into the beer when the can is popped. So basically you'd just be carbonating with beer gas, and likely would need to set the keg "carbonation" pressure high enough so the CO2 partial pressure achieves whatever level of carbonation you're actually going for.

And bottling from that is sure to be an adventure. I'd plan on using an exceptionally long beer line to you cpbf...

Cheers!
