I bottled a batch of Porter today, and the temp in the bottling bucket was 38F. Am I gonna be ok? Long story short, I did not let the fermenter raise to room temp.

You should be fine. Just keep the bottles at room temp. It might take a little longer, but it shouldn't be much. Was the fermenter that cold because you cold crashed?
