Bottling HELP ASAP

I've brewed 100 of beers but always keg or just use cooper tabs to bottle around 6 22 ounce bottles I've decided to bottle all of this batch for first time using dextrose. I put beer in bottling buck last night to cold crash so how much dextrose to 5 gallon batch and how to mix it in bucket
