When I bottle from keg, I use a counter pressure with around 5 psi. I do the co2 purging, then filling slowly without foam, etc. After a week, though I think the carbonation in my beer seems fine, it lacks head when poured in a glass. It also doesn’t have the hissing sound when popping the cap. Is there something wrong?
