Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a fast way to bottle carbonated beverages we make. These are hard sodas, ginger beer, etc... that are at a much higher carbonation pressure than homebrew beer. I have a beer gun and also a standard gravity bottle filler bother of which do not function for high carbonation products as the pressure is just too great and the product comes sputtering and bubbling out of the gun/gravity filler. We have used a standard tap on the end of a hose but a lot of carbonation is lost this way.

I am sure some sort of counter pressure bottle filler is the proper way for sodas and other highly carbonated beverages.

What is the best route to take for a DIY / small scale setup doing a couple hundred or thousand bottles a month? Not really looking into a multiple head machine that would costs thousands of dollars.

Thanks for any advice.

Jonathan
