So my local wine making store closed and I’m in need of some advice.

I made a wine from Sangiovese and Syrah grapes I picked from a local vineyard last year.

Added Campden Tablets before fermentation and then added 1 campden tablet per gallon when I racked the wine on August 5, 2018 for long term aging. The wine is aging in a 3 gallon and a 1 gallon carboy. I would like to combine the two into a bottling bucket and bottle.

Should I add more campden? If so do I add it the day before racking and bottling? Or do I rack to bottling bucket, add campden and then bottle wine.

Any links would be appreciated too since I can no longer go into my store for advice.

Thanks!

Does your bucket have a lid? If so, and this is only my personal opinion, then I would do the campden and potassium sorbate in the bucket, let it sit a couple hrs, then bottle.
