Hi All,
I have my bottles conditioning at 21-22c and by Sunday will have done so for 2 weeks. The instructions say condition in warm temperatures for 2 weeks and then a further week at cooler temps. (not cold) but they give no indication what warm and cool temperatures should be. Any suggestions please?
Thanks

It depends on your priming amount and temp to reach the desired co2 volume. Usually if I bottle I condition @ 70F degrees. After 2 weeks I toss one in the fridge for 24hrs then pop it and see. When they're fully done I only keep about 4-6 in the fridge at a time.

Your beer will be just fine at 21-22C for another week.....or more. Mine get stored for months at that temperature range. I then refrigerate them for 24 to 168 (or more) hours before opening.
