I am attempting to make a close version of Bob's Beer, from Georgetown Brewing in Seattle. So if you've had it any suggestion is appreciated.
Here is the info I got from Georgetown:
The yeast is our proprietary ale yeast,
OG looks like it was 1.063 and TG was 1.016
2row, c-60, munich, roasted and chocolate malts and crystal and centennial hops.
and Here is what I have come up with so far.
Extract 5.0 gallon batch 60 minute boil.
Steep for 30 minutes
1 lb crystal 60L
.5 lb chocolate
Boil
7 lbs golden light DME
HOPS
60 mins .75oz centennial
30 mins .25oz centennial
30 mins 1 oz crystal
05 mins 1 oz crystal
WLP007 English Ale Yeast
OG 1.060
FG 1.015
IBU 48
ABV 5.9%
color 23 °L
