Anybody have any experience using this stuff to make a soda with? I spent some time in West Africa and the Africans use a lot of this for making a local drink by mixing it with water and adding sugar to taste. I understand it has quite a bit of calcium in it. Good for people that do not drink milk. I tried it once some time back but don't remember it being great or terrible. It might be a good base for a flavor something like banana and carbonating.
