I'm about to transfer a batch of beer to a secondary and am going to add a blueberry syrup I made(Water, blended blueberries and sugar brought to boil.) I am thinking about adding some pectic enzyme for clarity seeing as i cooked the berries. How should I go about adding it? My plan was to bring the syrup back to boil to sterilize, add the enzyme, cool then rack beer on top of that. Should I let it sit for 12 hours before adding? It will be give or take 2 cups.
