- Seems hoppier than the amount used but it\\'s very easy drinking, a real crowd pleaser
I brewed this up as an experiment to use up some hops I had on hand and to try a pale ale with less crystal malt and more wheat than I normally use. I'm normally humble with my homebrew but full disclosure for this one: people went nuts over this beer.

I kegged it and racked under CO2, no oxygen exposure during fermentation and transfer. I used bell's yeast stepped up from 3 bottles of Oberon, eventually to a 2L starter.
