So I'm making a Blood Orange IPA soon.

I plan on adding zest to the boil at flame out.

I was wondering if it's possible or plausible to add blood orange fruit/meat to the secondary?

Let me know if that's possible! :)

I can't think of a reason why you couldn't. but you will get more aroma and flavor from the zest of a citrus fruit than the rest. Sthat said bloodnoranges might give a mice color to the beer.

That's mostly who I want to add some fruit into the beer. I want to get the blood red color. :)
Thanks for your help!
