Last week I brewed up a batch of blind pig using Morebeers extract kit. The paper said to ferment at 68 degrees but for the past week it has been fermenting at 66 degrees. Should I let it finish up at 68 degrees? Will it help it get to a lower final gravity by raising the temp 2 degrees? I'm using WLP001 liquid yeast.
