Blichmann Brewmometer (Bimetal) Thermometer Calibration

I was recently calibrating two Brewmometers to a lab grade thermometer around 150ish degrees. Got them all to match. However, when the Brewmometers both settled back down to room temperature, one read four degrees off from the other.

Is variation to this degree expected from a Bimetal thermometer?

Probably, yes. As you did I calibrate my Brewometer at the temperatures most important and don't sweat the out-of-scope readings...
