Blichmann 3/8 hp Glycol chiller review

Got one of these in for review, a lot of people have been asking me about the Anvil bucket and if the cooling kit will allow you to lager with the bucket. I find out just how cold the anvil buckets will go!

Not really a seal? More of a "retainer" for the hoses sticking through the back. It does that job just fine.

What is the bent tubing on the back for? I know there is a plug also, I just got mine delivered. I assume its if you wanted to drain the unit you could just run tubing from a pump up to it. There is no nothing in the manual that states what it's for. The bottom of the hole is at 7.5 gallons and this says it holds 8 gallons so I just plugged it off.
