dry hopped with all remaining hops on nov 28th, hops used in dry hop were all whole leaf, as thats all i had left.
over all this beer was amazing. i poured the first one a bit to early and was a bit lack luster. after another week and a half it had decent head retention and a great taste. the hops gave it a good spice quality and was well received by friends that dont dig hops as much as i do.
