I'm making a Strawberry Ale Extract with specialty grains. This is my first recipe not from a kit. So far i came up with this.

SPECIALTY GRAINS
8oz Honey Malt
8oz Carapils

Fermentables
3lbs Light DME
3lbs Light LME at Flameout
6oz Pure Raw honey at flameout

Hops
1/2oz Cascade 60min
1/2oz centennial 15min
1/2oz centennial 5min

So first Question is hows the initial recipe look. Second Question is i was thinking about adding 6-8oz of Biscuit Malt to give it that bread like Wheat flavor. What do y'all think about the Biscuit Malt should i add it or just skip it. This is gonna be a 60min boil, 5Gal recipe. I'm using Safale US-05 rehydrated.

Looks good to me I might bump up the grains a bit but thats just me. Post pics once you get it going.
