No experience here, but a week doesn't seem like to long.

I've had similar experience from other places, and it is usually been due to shipping from a third party ......... always worked out ok in the end. I understand your worries, but give them a little more time.

I ordered a CO2 tank from them 8-9 months ago with no issues. I don't recall a delay in receiving an order confirmation. Can't speak to their email skills, never had to write them.
It seems you e-mailed them, have you called them? It seems that would be the next step... Maybe the reply got lost as spam or something.
