Anyone around here good at analyzing this stuff? Bethesda's water is provided by the Potomac tap, data for Potomac tap begins on the 5th page.

Just very generally here are the yearly averages.

GENERAL WATER QUALITY
Alkalinity mg/L 82
Color Units 0
Hardness mg/L 125
pH S.U. 7.4
Specific Conductance MicroSiemens/cm 354
Temperature º C 16.9

I have been adding salts to get a good hoppy PA profile based on the average but some lower gravity beers taste too minerally so recently I have taken the maximum as my starting water profile - better to go under than over. For my mash that means a touch of acidulated malt, and 8-12 g gypsum to lower the mash PH a little and up the calcium. One of these days I'll get an actual water analysis done though it seems the variation is quite wide during the year so I'm not sure if it is worth it unless I get one done every season perhaps...

I'm in Cabin John bordering Bethesda FWIW.
