You can buy a STC-1000 aquarium temp controller off ebay for about $25, it displays in Celcius, so you wouldn't need to print out a conversion chart like the rest of us in the US, buy a project box for $10 and wire it all up: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/stc-1000-ebay-temperature-controller-build-330427/

I just ordered STC-1000 on ebay from China for $18 delivered. Its seems to be easy to wire up and it is dual stage (cooling/heating). Best bang for the buck. I also have Ranco single stage which I bought pre-wired from MoreBeer. Nice unit, no complaints at all but 5 times the price of STC.

What is the simplest plug and play model, I saw some that needed a plan for the wireing, don't want that
