Best homebrew kegerator/online supplier?

we are currently renovating our attic and incorporating a home bar as part of it. I have an old 2 tap bev-air bm-23 in our porch bar area and am looking to add a similar sized 2-3 tap kegerator, with a tower fan, in the attic that has the ability to hold 2-3 ball lock kegs and most likely a 5lb co2 tank with dual body regulator. Some of the models I've also seen have digital thermostats and mention they can be used as fermentation chambers. Also an interesting option for me.

Does anyone have any experience/opinions of these units or vendors? What looks like the best option? Any other recommendations? As much as I'd love to go the keezer (not really a diy guy, don't like the thought of lugging kegs over a high opening, and space is limited) or bev-air route (too loud and expensive), I need something a bit more practical for our budget and space. This also just popped up on craiglist. The three tap model of the edge star I posted above. Waiting to hear back about it but given what's listed is $450 a fair price potentially ?
