I've just tasted my most recent brew and extremely pale ale hopped up to high heaven. Not normally a lover of a light straw coloured beer I have changed my own mind. Recipe as follows

1 can coopers Australian pale ale kit
750g of wheat extract (Morgan's)
500 g of coopers beer enhancer
15g Amarillo hops
25g galaxy hops
15g cascade hops
Above boiled for 35 mins into a tea

Dry hopped with 20g of galaxy and 10 g Amarillo

Standard kit yeast

I was bought the kit by a friend and thought why not use it! As not normally a fan and created this hoptastic brew! With a great body.

What are everyone else's best brews?

I typically have terrible Hop Utilization, hence all the Gypsum, and I just ignored the IBU's this time around. :mug:

Although the Maharaja I made didn't quite meet the OG or ABV, it was freakin awesome. But it wasn't my recipe so that might not count.
I made a NOLA Hopocalypse IPA that everyone really liked:

I have made 45+ batches. The best 25 would all tie for first. The rest are close seconds.

I like a lot of kinds (styles). So I can't really pick one out of the pack.
