I'd like to make an immersion chiller for a plastic beer barrel (like this https://www.hopandgrape.co.uk/beer/...arrels-and-spares/budget-barrel-5-gallon.html) I like the ones with with the small caps they leak less often.

What I'm thinking of is an loose spiral like an open corkscrew that I could mount through the cap and twist it into the barrel.

The SS tube would contain a plastic inner tube that would allow the recirculation of coolant from a PC liquid cooler. Coolant would flow down the inner tube and back up the outer tube cooling the beer, obviously the outer tube is capped.

All I need to know is how to shape the outer tube, if you are able to tell me how to form the bends I'd very much appreciate it.

Many Thanks. aamcle
