I have a trippel that completed fermentation about 4 weeks ago and has been bulk aging since. I don't have lots of carboys and want to get opinions on the pros and cons of bottling after only 4 weeks of bulk aging. I plan on aging at least 6 months whether in the carboy or bottle.

After four weeks, you're going to be fine with bottle aging. I have had a couple of students make Tripels this way, and the results have been good.

Bottle it. I would go about 7.5oz of priming sugar. You want that Tripel nice and fizzy!

I like my Belgians bottled. So my vote is to bottle it. That way you can slowly drink it up and see how it ages.
