Ok y'all.. I just cracked my belgian tripel after a week in the bottles. I know that's not a long time but I wanted to see how it turned out. It was a little carbed up but not even drinkable. Not sure what it is but please somebody give me some hope that the flavor will change dramatically in a few months in the bottle!
