Any help on if this is contaminated? After 2 weeks in primary and 3 weeks in secondary I went to bottle and there were these small white round things floating near the top (looks like larva:( ?). The FG is 1.008 and I used WYEAST #1214 BELGIAN ALE YEAST. Also the recipie called for 1lb of dark candy sugar at 15min. I didn't boil or sterilize this and maybe I should have. I am not too sure about the taste: no great and I can't tell — it might be bad. See attached photo.

Something arobic. Time to bottle or keg. It might be ok. Some serface growths don't effect flavour. It can be hard to judge beer tasteing it flat at room temprature. No cuase to panic. Sugar is hygroscopic so any bacterium that were present on the serface or within were probably, dead, or good as.
