I corked about 25 bottles of tripel today. Do I need to store on the side like wine to keep the cork from drying out?

You should store them upright, just like if you bought a corked/caged Belgian from the store. There are a few factors that keep corks from drying out, one being that the beer inside has it's own humidity level. Think about it, the cork is like an inch away from liquid at all times, it's probably fairly humid in that small space.

Here is some more info if you would like to read up on the matter - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/101/store.php

I'm sure the info is also on this site, I just had this handy.
