Beginner's Journal Entry: Pasteurizing

I've been keeping a "journal", by way of an unpublished blog from Day #1 of my crabapple cider fermenting and beer brewing beginnings. I believe it has been a very helpful process for documenting my activities. Eventually, I will publish all of my journal/blog and I hope other beginners will learn from my adventures! I decided to publish this entry, because I think the pasteurization process and exploding bottles scare a lot of beginners...like me! I hope you enjoy the read and find this helpful!
