I had a delightful Beet Gose when I was at Small Batch Beer Co. in Winston-Salem a few weeks back (https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/small-batch-the-beet-gose-on/392962/), and would like to give it a try and homebrewing it. I saw a few other breweries that did a similar beet gose (Trophy, 10 Barrel, Scratch, the Address), but I can't find a recipe anywhere.

Anyone know of a beet gose homebrew recipe?

I would probably just use a tried and true gose recipe and treat the beets like any other fruit. Puree, juice, or whole chunks. I have made beet kvass and I think the earthiness/sugar content of beets would go nicely with a dry, tart gose.
