Beersmith: i want to enter my mash efficincy, not estimate!

is there any way to tell this rediculous software what i want it to use formy actualmash efficiency? all i can sem to do is get an estmiated efficiency. i know fom the start what my eff will be and id like my software to do the same instead of waiting for me toinput info after the mash.

Yeah, you input it in the "brewhouse efficiency" box. How do you know from the start what your efficiency will be?
