The Boil Volume calculation in my equipment profile does not equal the Est Pre-Boil Vol in the Mash tab. Est Pre-Boil Vol = 6.47 versus the Equipment's Boil Vol = 6.72. Shouldn't these two values equal one another when the recipe is set to use the equipment profile? Obviously I can sparge or mash with extra water to compensate, but I'm confused why the software is seemingly under calculating my sparge volume.
