Hi, I am checking in from NW PA. I have fermented lots of things and now it is time to try beer. I don't really like beer but then again I don't really like store-bought cookies either. Maybe I will decide I like home-brewed beer.

Welcome! with home brew, you can make graff, dark, light, inbetween dark & light. you can use rye, oats, millet, corn..sky's the limit! oh rice, wheat....hmmm, damn now i wonder how a rye grape wine would be?
