Ok - so I just wanted to send a shoutout to the Yeast God for endowing his offspring with the hibernation trait. After 10 inches of snow within 24 hrs hit Western Washington and knocked our power out for over 48 hrs sending my indoor temperature to a chilly 48 degrees and stopping my fermentation...our power is back on and all beers that I expected to see activity from continued their magic upon hitting the ~62 degree mark!!!

BEHOLD THE POWER OF YEAST :ban:

Gotta love that. I'm up in Bellingham and we didnt lose power so thankfully my beers were ok!
