The beer nerd in me had to look this up... Fermentation temp!

From Google... When sunlight hits the moon's surface, the temperature can reach 253 degrees F (123 C). The "dark side of the moon" can have temperatures dipping to minus 243 F (minus 153 C) in 13 day cycles.

So.... I don't think there's going to be much fermentation going on up there. I do wonder though what kind of yeast they're going to use and what style of beer they're going for. They should have included the deets, man!!
 
Sounds pretty simple :D they're just automating the yeast pitching and trub/yeast dumping.

Though I suppose weird moon temps and pressures might complicate things a bit...
 
i imagine that flocculation might be an issue at 1/6th gravity.

However, vacuum distillation might be something that can be done very easily...
