Beer gone!

So turns out that 12 gallons of beautiful amber ale only lasts 11 days!

Oh well... It was loved. Just bummed that I didn't have time to stay up on the pipeline. But going to brew a few on Sunday. And have 5gal of an all grain adaptation of graff in the closet. Keeping an ESB company! Thinking of brewing a blond and a vanilla cream porter both of my own recipes so hopefully they turn out well. Wish me luck.

this is the reason I started brewing 10 gallon batches, often doing 2 batches in a session, keeps the pipeline full-ish

True. however it is very hard to drink just over a gallon a day for that many days straight and not get sick. trust me i have tried. lol
