Beer gas mixer?

I just picked up this unit... and I kind of understand the concept. But does it work at low and high flow? I figure you need to balance the input pressures(how precisely?) and under high flow I'll be able to set the needle valves. does that setting hold under low pressure maintenance head pressure?

I've never seen that set up. This allows a tank of Nitro and a tank of Co2 to connect together to make your own beer gas blend? So you set Nitro @ 75 and Co2 @ 25?

in theory. but both Co2 and N2 would be set to the same pressure and the needle valves would control the Flow of both components. But still don't know much about it.... Or even if it works.
