If you have 2 pints of beer and I have 10 lbs of grain, how many bottlecaps do I need to boil?

I think the answer is 152 degrees.
 
But you can mash a whirlpool into the krausen, cant you? You know, to agitate the tannins.
 
you need to rack off the lees first, then get the mash to a ph of 7.2 if you don't do this before mashing the whirlpool you'll ruin the must.

A pH of 7.2 must be subdivided by the barometric pressure to get the optimal rack size of doubleD.
