I ran this recipe through Brewer's Friend, but bear in mind I had to make some assumptions on my part.
60 min boil/75% efficiency/60 min mash @ 155 degrees/ 10% hop utilization at 175 degrees for your whirlpool

Came out as
1.044 OG
1.012 FG
4.26% ABV
60.17 IBU's
4.07 SRM

For an American Pale Ale, your OG will be just a tad low - no biggie.
Your IBU's will be almost double though, so you are quite high. (Bear in mind I went with the default 13% AA on your hops, if yours has a different rating, the IBU'S change with it.)

For an IPA, your OG is still a bit low, but your IBU's are withing the suggested range.

Either way, it will be beer, good luck to you!

Thin, low OG, lightly hopped pale ale? Yep, you're on target.
