piolet hole
step bit
to perfect face to half inside wall thickness of keg
set up backpurge and turn on
tack coupling in being real anal bout bein plum
put nipple in hole 2 threads and tape off top
pop in vent hole
fuse pass at 40 amps for full pen weld
then fill rod pass
always brushing always cleaning

shoot after i step bit the i use a half round smooth file to finish prepping the hole....u dont want any extra metal on the to have to consume

nice very nice.... I went the solder method because im a cheap bastard and didn't want to pay $75 an hour to have 2 couplings welded in.

im actully considering trying to find a cheap way to ship these kegs around.....

i don't think you're going to find shipping much cheaper than $75 a keg, shipping with my companies huge discount is right around $55-$75 for a minimum weight pallet.

ups ground or fed-ex ground forgetta bout it

It's actually about $40 a keg thru ups ground.....getting large boxes for free is key.

box? screw that ill wrap them in paper!!! for forty bucks i only charge 35 a coupling ur still under the price of alot of places

That's not too bad. :drunk:

Just joking, Nice work. I've been known to cradle an arc or two.
