I've been programming my BCS-460 and I can't seem to get the email on alarm feature to work. I am using 3.70 of the firmware and enabled "Email notification on alarm" in the system settings as well as my email address. And selected "Email on alarm" button in the state that activates the alarm.
I hear the alarm on my laptop but don't receive emails.
Am I missing something? I would like to get the emails as I don't hear the alarm on my iPad. Maybe that's another issue.
