Has any one brewed the Brooklyn Brew Shop's Spring Lager Recipe? I'm thinking of making it as a 4th brew and would like to know what any one that has made it thinks? It uses lager yeast such as Saflager S-23 but ferments at room temp. Any one know anything like this? I would be making a one gallon recipe.

Brewed this recipe just recently. Used Saflager W 34/70 yeast. Fermented it my garage which was around 56-58 degrees for three weeks before bottling. Turned out delicious.
 
I can't comment on the lager itself, but if you're fermenting at room temp, don't use S23. 34/70 will be a much better choice (at lowish room temp).
