I'm doing an American barleywine/IPA partigyle and was wondering if anyone has experience with a good recipe for one. I've done an RIS/oatmeal stout partigyle

that turned out and want to try another one. Right now I'm thinking about a parallel to my other partigyle, but substituting some aromatic and light caramel for the dark grains. The plan right now is 31 lb 2 row, 2 lb aromatic, 2 lb crystal 20. I've got Apollo, Chinook, and Columbus; which one(s) should I use? I'm thinking Apollo and Columbus at the beginning, Chinook and Columbus at the end for the IPA. I'll probably just use some Apollo at the beginning for the barleywine. For yeast, I'm thinking 1028 London Ale Yeast, but I also have S-04. Final yield will be 5 gal barleywine, 10 gal IPA. I'm also thinking about splitting the second batch into 5 gallons IPA and 5 gallons something else. Here is the partigyle at beebarleywine-partigyle-part-1-barleywine make it work. First the main mash bill, then the two respective batches along with their hops and yeast. Thoughts?
